Fundraisers
Fundraisers play a crucial role in supporting the efforts of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and enhancing the overall experience for our students. Through fundraising, we can provide additional resources, organize special events, and contribute to the betterment of our elementary school community.
The PAC relies on the success of these fundraisers to achieve its goals and continue making a positive impact on our school. Your participation, whether by contributing ideas, helping organize events, or simply spreading the word, is vital to our success.
Ways to Support LEPAC
There are lots of easy ways to support LEPAC throughout the year. Whether you make a direct donation, save your receipts, or support one of our fundraisers, every contribution helps us provide programs, events, resources, and other opportunities for Lochside students.
Donate Directly
Prefer to make a direct contribution? Donations to LEPAC can be made in either of the following ways:
SD63 Online Payments
Make a donation through SD63 Online Payments. Select your child, choose “PAC Donation,” enter the amount you would like to contribute, and add it to your cart.
E-transfer
Donations can also be sent by e-transfer to lepacpayments@gmail.com. Please include a note indicating that your payment is a donation.
PayPal
You can make a secure online donation to LEPAC through PayPal. Every contribution helps us support programs, events, resources, and opportunities for Lochside students.
PayPal charges LEPAC a small processing fee for each donation. If you’re able to, please select the option to cover the transaction fees when donating so that more of your contribution goes directly to supporting our school.
Country Grocer Receipts
Save your Country Grocer receipts and drop them into the collection box in the school foyer. Each receipt helps LEPAC raise funds for our school — at no additional cost to you.
Mabel’s Labels
Need labels for jackets, water bottles, lunch containers, backpacks, or other belongings? Shop through Mabel’s Labels and support LEPAC at the same time.
When ordering, select Lochside Elementary PAC as the organization you would like to support.
Bottle Depot
Turn your empty bottles and cans into a contribution to LEPAC! When returning your bottles, simply mention “Lochside Elementary PAC” at the counter and your refund can be donated directly to LEPAC.
Current Fundraisers
In addition to our ongoing fundraising programs, LEPAC runs seasonal and special fundraisers throughout the school year.
Winter Plant Sale
Our Winter Plant Sale is now open! Shop a selection of beautiful holiday plants while supporting LEPAC.
New this year: Delivery to your doorstep is available for $10, payable by e-transfer.
Community Values Coupon Book Fundraiser
Support LEPAC through our Community Values Coupon Book fundraiser. The books include coupons and discounts for businesses throughout Greater Victoria, with funds raised through book sales helping support LEPAC initiatives for Lochside students.
Sale dates: September 28 toOctober 9, 2026
Price: $40 per book
How it works
Each student will bring home one coupon book. Families can keep the book for $40, sell it to family and friends, or return it to the school if they don't wish to participate. Students have two weeks to sell their books.
When you're ready to place your order, return your completed order form and payment information to your child's teacher. LEPAC will collect orders and send purchased books and prizes home with students a couple of times each week.
Ways to Pay
You can pay by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or through the Hot Lunch website. Please make sure your child's full name and division are included with your payment.
