A big thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who helped make last Friday's Golden Pot Sushi Fun Lunch a success! We appreciate you taking the time to help prepare and distribute lunches to our students. These lunches wouldn't be possible without your support!

A friendly reminder that Friday, October 23 is a Professional Development (Pro-D) Day, so there will be no school for students.

And don't forget to place your next Fun Lunch order by the end of Thursday, October 22!

🎨 Art Cards – Ordering Opens Friday!

Your child's artwork is about to become something special! The Card Project lets families turn their children's artwork into beautiful keepsakes and gifts, including greeting cards, notebooks, bags, and more. They're perfect for personalized Christmas cards and thoughtful holiday gifts!

Ordering opens Friday, October 23!

Important ordering deadlines:

• Sunday, November 1 – Priority order deadline. Orders will be delivered November 16–20.

• Sunday, November 15 – Final order deadline. Orders will be delivered December 7–11.

LEPAC receives 20% of all sales, making this a wonderful way to celebrate your child's creativity while supporting our school!

🎃 Screamfest Tickets Are Now Available!

Looking for some spooky Halloween fun? Screamfest at Claremont Secondary is back!

October 27–29 | Doors open at 5:30pm

Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased at the Lochside school office. $5 from each ticket sold will go towards supporting LEPAC.

Enjoy family-friendly fun or something extra spooky if you dare! There will also be midway games, food available for purchase, and great prizes to be won.

 🎲 Family Board Game Night – November 5!

Get ready for a fun evening of board games with family and friends! Join us on Thursday, November 5 starting at 5pm in the Lochside gym for a Family Board Game Night hosted by Interactivity Board Game Café!

They'll be bringing a variety of board games and helping families learn how to play. Whether you're a board game enthusiast or trying something new, there's something for everyone!

No registration required! Just drop in, enjoy some games with family and friends, and grab some snacks available for purchase.

🙋 Volunteers needed! We're looking for help with setting up, selling snacks, and cleaning up. Even a short 30-minute shift makes a difference!

Fundraisers:

• Winter Plant Sale: Shop beautiful holiday plants! NEW: Doorstep delivery available for $10. Click for ordering and delivery details.

• Country Grocer Receipts: Keep dropping your Country Grocer receipts into the collection box in the school foyer. Every receipt helps! A huge thank-you to our volunteer, Julie B., for keeping them organized.

• Mabel’s Labels: Label those jackets, water bottles, lunch containers, and other belongings to help them find their way home – and support LEPAC at the same time!

• Bottle Depot: When returning your bottles, simply mention “Lochside Elementary PAC” at the counter to have your refund donated directly to LEPAC.
